Elderly Care

As we get older our physical health deteriorates and it can be harder to continue doing everything as we have before for ourselves as our abilities decline. We want to remain in our homes where we feel most comfortable and safe with our loved ones, spouse or family.

With our specialised support, we can enable this to happen. We listen to your lifestyle preferences and can provide flexible care to meet your needs.

How We Can Help

Care at Home Support can be daily or weekly care visits to cover any aspects you need from personal care, medication prompts, meal support, mobility all enabling your health & well-being of staying safe at home.

In addition, or alternatively, you may require support to get out and about socially, to go to the shops or for a coffee. We can assist with this too.

It could be your mobility or anxieties stopping you from getting into your community. We understand and can help you at whatever level you require. We can assist you with your mobility, whether you want us there as a guiding support to build your confidence or as skilled support to safely use your wheelchair. We understand anxieties that people face, the fear of going out alone, going into crowded places. We can be there with a friendly reassuring face.

We recognise that asking for help or accepting a loved one needs care can be difficult. We also know it can be hard to put your trust in another person to provide this support.

We are experienced in offering care at home and supporting those with Dementia, Parkinson’s , Multiple Sclerosis, acquired brain injury, the aftercare of a stroke, epilepsy, and other challenges health conditions can bring.

We can help. Call us today on 07726 435201 or 07541 549541.
