We understand the importance of taking your prescribed medication at the correct time. We also understand that sometimes your health conditions can impact on your ability to manage this independently.

Everyone is individual in their abilities. As we are professionally registered, we can provide a medications prompt service to remind or check you have taken your medications at the correct time to avoid you forgetting them and then there is an impact of your health from missed medications.

Our Support Workers are also able to administer prescribed medications to you. We can assist you to apply prescribed cream and lotions; ear and eyes drops as required.
