Our Support Workers are professionally trained and experienced in delivering a discreet personal care service tailored to your needs. We understand that this is a very personal service and the importance of this service being delivered by a friendly familiar face who knows your likes and preferred routines.

Personal Care support covers a wide range of personal hygiene, toileting, dressing and personal appearance care. We will ensure we understand your needs and tailor our level of support to your preference and abilities.

It may be that you’ve lost your confidence after a fall and just want the reassurance of having someone close by so you can continue to shower independently. Or that you have a family member who is living with dementia and requires prompting and assistance to carryout personal care tasks. Or a physical decline in your health has left you unable to manage all the tasks you could do before.

Everyone is individual. We can support you with your personal care routines with as little or much support as needed… from daily visits, as many as required, or weekly.

We will support you with many other tasks in addition to personal care. Our Support Workers are trained to administer medication, help those with limited mobility to move safely around the home using transfer aids, and can prepare meals, complete household chores and even offer companionship, ongoing support and encouragement.
